This past weekend, my friends and I discovered this cute little place for brunch called, Cedric’s French Bistro & Bar in Harlem, New York. I fell in love with this restaurant at first sight. It was…well lit from the many windows allowing the sun to beam through, had….eclectic patrons, and awesome music with a “little bit of everything” type of menu [from cheeseburgers to croque monsieurs].
Now granted we were looking for a “booze brunch” at first, aka somewhere that served bottomless mimosas; Cedric’s didn’t disappoint. Not only did they serve bottomless mimosas – but sangria and Bloody Mary’s were also available, bottomless. I opted for a simple latte – after a late night of shenanigans with my nearest and dearest – coffee (and water) were needed. At one point, I think I even grabbed our waiter’s pitcher while he was refilling my glass suggesting he could just leave it on the table! Ok, I didn’t but in my head – I soooo thought about it. I wish I could say, tell the owner I sent you, but he realllllyyyyy doesn’t know me like that – YET. Next time you’re in NYC/Harlem – stop by – you won’t be disappointed. Oh, and, reservations are highlyrecommended!
Can’t wait to visit for dinner – I hear it’s also a winner!
